AFG supplies Credit Guide templates to its credit representatives. Use the current AFG template rather than drafting one, and confirm the correct version and credit representative details before publishing.
It typically covers: who the credit representative and licensee are, the range of lenders available, how commissions and fees work, and the internal and external dispute resolution processes including the relevant EDR scheme.
